CONTENT

Silent:

  • Added new cards: Corrosive, Cower, Execution, Haze, Rite of Initiation
  • Deprecated cards: Choke, Distraction, Stall
  • Reworked Adaptation:
  • Power - Rare - Cost 1
  • “Whenever you gain Block, gain 2(3) Dexterity that turn.”

BALANCE

Silent:

  • Changed Adrenaline card: rarity decreased back from Legendary -> Rare
  • Buffed Flick Flack card: damage increased from 6(8) -> 7(10)
  • Buffed Sucker Punch card: Weak applied increased from 1(2) -> 2(3)

Necrobinder:

  • Changed Dredge card: if it is played while your hand is almost full, the extra cards are now added to your discard pile
  • Changed Misery card: upgrade now increases its damage from 10 -> 14 instead of decreasing its cost by 1
  • Buffed You Are Mine! card: upgrade now also increases its damage from 10 -> 13

Ancients:

  • Nerfed Neow’s Silver Crucible relic: cards upgraded decreased from 3 -> 2

Enemies:

  • Changed Axebot: now in the weak combat encounter pool
  • Nerfed Decemillipede: revives after 2 turns instead of 1
  • Nerfed Entomancer: Spear move decreased from 16(18) -> 11(13)
  • Changed Vantom: Dismember move now gives 2 less Wounds

Events:

  • Changed Telepathic Spiders event: "Know Yourself" choice Gold cost lowered from 200 -> 150
  • Nerfed Toothed enchantment:
  • Can now only enchant powers
  • Costs 5 max HP in Infested Automaton event

ART

Ironclad:

  • Added VFX for the following cards:
  • Limit Break
  • Stomp

Silent:

  • Added card art for Prepared card
  • Lightened Silent's shadow
  • Added purple tint when playing Crippling Cloud card
  • Added VFX to the following cards:
  • A Thousand Cuts
  • Skewer
  • Neutralize
  • Fan of Knives
  • Glass Knife
  • Finisher
  • Slice

Necrobinder:

  • Added VFX for Doom when it kills an enemy

Regent:

  • Added card art for the following cards:
  • GUARDS!!!
  • Orbit
  • Royal Gamble
  • Venerate

Colorless Cards:

  • Added card art to Void status card
  • Added VFX for Flash of Steel card

Enemies:

  • Did a pass on the Owl Magistrate enemy’s animation blends
  • Fixed mistakes on Orb Plant and Mecha Knight enemy animations
  • Updated art for Spiny Toad enemy
  • Added radial blur VFX when player gets struck by Ceremonial Beast enemy
  • Created ground spike VFX to Ceremonial Beast enemy’s stomp attack
  • Shrinker Beetle enemy’s shrink power now has radial blur
  • Bygone Effigy enemy’s attack now has radial blur

Misc:

  • Made Rare card glow VFX slightly less intense

USER INTERFACE & EXPERIENCE

  • When selecting cards from hand, the backstop now fades in
  • Added hitstop to Ceremonial Beast's Plow attack
  • Deathbringer card now shows a Doom hovertip
  • Legendary portrait is now a texture rect to support fallback logic + scaffolding for fallback beta portrait
  • Made the weakest screenshake more subtle + screen shake intensities now differ based on how much damage is dealt
  • Made the card backs more washed out in color and differentiated from one another

WORDING

  • Fixed typo in the Dense Vegetation event
  • Fixed typo in Slap card description
  • Removed extra space from the Repulsor Mode power description
  • Room Full of Cheese wording now specifies Common cards

BUG FIXES

Ironclad:

  • Unrelenting card tooltip no longer says "this turn"

Silent:

  • Nightmare card now properlyspawns in cloned cards before hand is drawn

Defect:

  • Creative AI card spawns the bonus card before other cards are drawn into your hand

Necrobinder:

  • Fixed Bury power to not be set as a Debuff
  • Damage from Bone Shards card is now properly dealt by Osty instead of the player
  • Damage VFX no longer plays on Necrobinder when Osty absorbs all damage from an attack
  • Fixed an issue where Soul+ card was only drawing 1 card instead of the stated 2
  • Fixed an issue with the Plague Carrier card where its effect was wearing off if Osty died and was resummoned
  • Haunt card's text now properly reflects that the enemy will lose 6 HP instead of 3, and properly reflects that upgrading Haunt increases the enemy HP loss to 9
  • Osty no longer gains extra HP in Burly monster rooms
  • Osty's health no longer occasionally shows up in the top bar HP counter when playing as the Necrobinder
  • Sharp enchantment now displays its damage bonus on Osty attack cards even when Osty is dead
  • Surrender Humanity card no longer has targeting arrow
  • The "End Turn" button no longer appears beneath the "Proceed" button after winning combat with Doom
  • Vantom attacking Osty no longer causes a softlock

Regent:

  • Neutron Aegis card now has Block hovertip
  • Singularity card no longer incorrectly has Exhaust

Ancients:

  • Neowless first run no longer prevents other ancients from showing up
  • Added Oddly Heavy Stone relic and Pointed Hat back to Darv’s relic pool
  • Ancients are no longer missing from run histories
  • Prismatic Shard relic is now correctly classified as an Ancient relic
  • Tanx relics are now correctly classified as Ancient relics
  • Tezcatara’s Wax Choker choice now correctly reads "5 relics" instead of 6

Enemies:

  • Bowlbug enemy’s goop no longer does a multiattack
  • Fixed Wriggler enemy’s intents
  • Nibbit enemy is no longer always the first encounter

Events:

  • Colorful Philospher event choice description now properly reads "Obtain 3 x cards"
  • Mad Science transformation cards no longer stay on screen forever
  • Removed the Transform tooltip from Living Cocoon event
  • The Trial event no longer softlocks 1/4 of the time
  • Fixed Dense Vegetation event combat softlock

Misc:

  • Ascension choice is limited by your max ascension again
  • Deck scrolling no longer breaks when selecting Slumbering Essence cards to enchant
  • Fixed an issue that was allowing unknown map points to be shops after just visiting a shop.
  • Having already upgraded cards no longer breaks "view upgrade" button
  • Healthbars no longer have a chance of not updating after starting a new game
  • Mayhem-ing a card afflicted with Forced Insight no longer softlocks the game
  • Queueing two potions for use no longer locks potion use afterward
