Silent:

  • Buffed Fester card: Doom increased from 8(10) -> 11(15)
  • Changed Oblivion card:

  • Buffed Pull From Below card: enemy HP loss increased from 6(8) -> 7(9)
  • Buffed Reap card: damage increased from 24(31) -> 26(33)

Regent:

Enemies:

  • Changed The Insatiable:
  • Moveset reordered to spike damage 1 turn earlier
  • Now scales its Strength gain up from 2 -> 3 on higher ascension
  • Changed Knowledge Demon:
  • Moveset reordered to spike damage on turn 5
  • Knowledge Overwhelming move damage increased from 7(8)x3 -> 8(9)x3
  • Buffed Mad Crab:
  • Inertia Block gain increased from 8 -> 10
  • Super Crab attack damage increased from 5(6)x2 -> 6(7)x2
  • Nerfed Phantasmal Gardeners: no longer applies weak
  • Buffed Waterfall Giant:
  • Now gains more Steam Eruption
  • Also gains Steam Eruption whenever it heals

Events:

  • Changed Brainbug event: "Filter" choice's random cards decreased from 8 -> 5
  • Changed Violent Heroes 2 event: moved from Act 1 -> Act 3

ART

  • Offset idle animations after hits so that enemy animations no longer sync up
  • Added portrait art for Danse Macabre, Shroud, and Spectral cards
  • Added Knowledge Demon animations

AUDIO

  • Added SFX to monster fade out on death
  • Updated SFX for when you gain Gold

USER INTERFACE & EXPERIENCE

General:

  • Added a small flash when you gain stars as Regent
  • Gave the statistics screen a makeover
  • Polished treasure room relic appearance and positioning
  • Cleaned up Crushing Depths card UX from "repeat X times" -> "hits X times"
  • If a card reward only offers you cards of one rarity (e.g. Colorful Philosophers), then it displays the appropriate rarity color on the reward icon
  • Now I am Mad power now specifies the exact HP value required to gain Strength in its hovertip
  • Shriek power now specifies the exact HP value in its hovertip before it gets stunned
  • When opening compendium mid-climb, the default filter is the character you're playing as
  • When you open the deck view/pause menu, it opens over the map instead of closing it

Multiplayer:

  • If you attempt to join a multiplayer game hosted with a different version, you now get an error instead of an infinite loading screen
  • Stars are now displayed during combat in the remote player display

WORDING

  • Cleaned up Bugslayer event choice wording
  • Added a missing comma to Hegemony card
  • Removed the confusing Burrowing wording on the Phantasmal Gardener's Skittish power
  • Fixed missing space in Phantasmal Gardener death quote
  • Tweaked Violent Heroes 2 event's wording
  • Foul Potion's description now capitalizes EVERYONE

BUG FIXES

Regent:

  • When Wrought in War card is downgraded, it no longer loses buffs that it received from previous plays this combat

Enemies:

  • Ceremonial Beast's Plow power now properly displays its hovertip
  • Fixed issue where enemies scale up as they fade out
  • Fixed issue where Lightning orb would softlock on dead Test Subject
  • Poison damage no longer skips Hardened Shell power's damage threshold

General:

  • Mouse input is now blocked when in the middle of a transition
  • Added event cards back to the library
  • Card library search is no longer case sensitive
  • Fixed achievements button hitboxes overlapping with statistics screen tabs
  • Fixed map flickering after you move your mouse for the first time
  • Fixed Scrutiny power hovertip
  • Health bars no longer show orange when the HP bar size changes (ex. at the start of a multiplayer session, when Osty changes size, when the Thieving Hopper starts flying)
  • Tide's Binding relic no longer prevents Osty from healing (or other players in multiplayer)

Multiplayer:

  • At the treasure room, after picking Kifuda relic, other players no longer have to wait for the Enchantment choice
  • Fixed state divergence when dying, reviving, then entering a new combat with relics that reset after combat ends
  • If a player takes Golden Path blessing after another player has already voted for a map coordinate, the game no longer softlocks
  • If you are at the map while another player takes Golden Compass relic, you no longer have to hit Proceed again to vote on the newly generated map
  • If you are targeting a vulnerable enemy when another player plays a card, the card preview no longer reverts to the default damage values
  • Loading a saved game then dying no longer causes a softlock just before the game over screen would show up
  • Pencil cursor now shows up at correct place when remote players are drawing
  • Ping button animates out at the end of combat
  • Playing an AOE attack while Test Subject is downed no longer makes the attack stuck
  • Your HP bar no longer shows up if you unhover someone else while dead
