CONTENT

Potions & Relics:

BALANCE

Enemies:

  • Buffed Thieving Hopper: Flutter power now applies to and is affected by all damage
  • Buffed Mad Crab: Zoom damage increased from 13(14) -> 14(16)
  • Buffed Mytes: Bite damage increased from 8(10) -> 9(12)
  • Buffed Wasp Prisms:
  • Radiate damage increased from 5(6)x2 -> 6(7)x2
  • Volatile damage increased from 11 -> 15
  • Nerfed Waterfall Giant: Stomp move's Weak applied decreased from 2 -> 1
  • Buffed Thieving Hopper & Gremlins: no longer give gold (or give less gold) if they escape

Ancients:

  • Buffed Orobas' Transcendence blessing: now maintains enchantments on the transformed card

Events:

  • Changed The Drowning Beacon event:
  • Barnacled Pipe relic's Block gain decreased from 2 -> 1
  • Waterlogged curse's HP loss decreased from 5 -> 3
  • Changed the Forsaken Citadel event: gold amounts are now randomized

ART

  • Added portrait art for Automation, Beckon, Spirit of Ash, Afterlife, Necro Mastery, Neurosurge cards
  • Conducted a beta art pass

USER INTERFACE & EXPERIENCE

General:

  • Implemented Mute in background toggle, set to true by default
  • Added window resize option into graphics settings
  • Added MSAA setting
  • Added a small wiggle when you try and fail to buy things at the merchant
  • Added an additional "you win" room before dying when winning a climb
  • Added more confirmation when you check/uncheck settings tickboxes
  • Adjusted Treasure room UI positions, size, hitbox behavior, etc.
  • Proceeding after selecting a relic in a Treasure Room is now 0.5 seconds faster
  • Players can now sort cards in deck view
  • Card library filters are now unticked by default, and all cards are shown
  • Created separate glow VFX for rare relic glowing
  • Created setting to allow run timer to always be shown
  • Hovering over the in-world representation of the Sovereign Blade now shows a hovertip
  • Made modal fade-in smoother
  • Relic pulse effect is now less bright
  • Relics are now 2x size when viewing in Treasure Room
  • Repositioned controller button for chest open prompt
  • Unknown card portraits in card library are now blurred
  • Updated all popups to look nicer
  • You can now inspect relics by right-clicking on them in shops or left-clicking on them in the topbar

Multiplayer:

  • A checkmark is now displayed over the player at the top-left when they have voted for a map point
  • Enchantment VFX now only shows up for the player that enchanted a card
  • Map vote is now displayed at the current map point until the player votes for a new point
  • Updated multiplayer relic positions

BUG FIXES

Defect:

  • Echo Form card now works properly when playing two copies spread out across multiple turns

Enemies:

  • Fossil Stalker now properly gains Strength when dealing unblocked attack damage to Osty
  • Owl Magistrate's Scrutiny power now properly deals 2 damage instead of 1

Ancients:

  • Triplecast card can no longer be given by Darv

General:

  • Cancelling a card play while targeting a vulnerable enemy now un-previews the vulnerable damage
  • Players can no longer search or view cards that haven's been discovered in the card compendium
  • Fixed setting lists so that they include their values
  • Fixed an issue where killing an enemy with an attack that also applied a power to them (like Bash) caused a softlock

Multiplayer:

  • Fixed a state divergence caused by Vibrant Halo relic
  • If you have Doom at the end of combat, it no longer stays on your top-left healthbar on teammates' screens
  • Recursive Core and Vibrant Halo relic hovertips no longer include your teammates' characters' card and relic hovertips
